Returns and exchanges

In accordance with article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you may return any article that does not bring you complete satisfaction within 14 working days of receiving your order.

To return your purchase to us, please download and complete the form in our general sales terms at your convenience, and a prepaid return slip will be provided.

The articles must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all the labels, accessories and/or instruction leaflets that were provided with them.

Any incomplete, damaged, used, dirty or altered product – or a product in a state that could lead to believe that it has been used – will not be accepted for an exchange or reimbursement. Any product sold with a protective band can only be returned if the protection is neither removed nor damaged.
