Secure payment

The dubail.fr website is equipped with HTTPS protocol and an SSL certificate (identifiable by the padlock symbol that appears at the top left of your browser, next to the name of our website) to secure your payment method.

You may settle your purchases with any Visa or Mastercard payment card with 3D-Secure protocol. After entering your bank information, you will be required to authenticate the transaction with your bank by providing a code or other personal information (the method varies according to the bank). 

To give you flexibility in paying for your purchases, we offer the option to pay for orders between €500 and €7,000 in 3 or 4 installments without fees using your bank card. You can also choose a 10-installment plan for any order between €2,500 and €7,000. This solution is offered in partnership with Alma. If your order qualifies, you will see the "3x Bank Card" or "10x Bank Card" logo on the order summary page.

When paying in installments with Alma, there are no fees, except in the following cases:

For 10-installment payments up to €3,000: 5.5%
For 10-installment payments between €3,000 and €7,000: 4.76%
