7. Legal basis of the processing
a. As long as you have consented to the processing of your personal data, this consent constitutes the legal basis for the processing (Art. 6 par. 1 point a RGPD).
b. Art. 6 par. 1 point b RGPD represents the legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purpose of initiating or fulfilling a contract concluded with you.
c. If the processing of your personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations (e.g. for data retention), the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 point c RGPD.
d. In addition, we process personal data for the purpose of preserving our legitimate interests, as well as the legitimate interests of third parties under Art. 6 para. 1 point f GDPR. The preservation of the functionality of our IT systems, but also the marketing of own and external products and services, as well as the legally required documentation of business contacts, belong to these legitimate interests.  

8. Deletion of your personal data
We will also delete your personal data as soon as the purpose for which it was collected and processed by our services has ceased. After this date, storage may only take place if this is necessary under the applicable laws, regulations or other legal requirements of the European Union or of a member state of the European Union.

9. Rights of the persons concerned
a. As a data subject, you have a right of access to data (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
